Responsibilities
- Process billing statements and invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain organized records of all billing transactions and customer accounts
- Handle inquiries related to billing from customers via phone and email
- Process and Maintain Building Permits
- Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy in all information entered
- Assist with filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining office organization
- Manage multi-line phone systems to direct calls appropriately
- Provide customer support by addressing concerns or questions regarding bills
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing discrepancies
- Support front desk operations as needed, including greeting visitors and managing calendars
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a billing or clerical role is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent typing skills with a focus on data entry efficiency
- Experience in customer service or administrative roles is highly valued
