Finance Specialist

The City of Maple Lake is seeking a Finance Specialist. This position oversees utility customer service and billing, accounts receivable, and assessments. It also serves as the administrative lead for the city’s airport, including budgeting, capital planning, grant management, and coordination with the Airport Commission and MNDOT Office of Aeronautics. If you are a detail-oriented self-starter with strong customer service skills who wants to make a difference in the community, this is an excellent opportunity.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma along with four years of experience in finance, records management, or complex administrative support.  An associate’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field and two years of experience in a government setting preferred.
